Landspection Report

A detailed Landspection report provided within 3 days following the land inspection.

Our comprehensive land inspections help you avoid nasty surprises when buying or developing property.  We understand this is one of the biggest decisions of your life and not one to be entered into lightly, so a land inspection is a must. With media covering stories about landslips, failed retaining walls, and negligent workmanship, today’s buyers are more aware than ever of the hidden problems that may affect properties on the market. 

 

At Landspectors, we place the utmost importance on uncovering those issues for each and every inspection we carry out to help you make an informed decision.

A comprehensive Landspection report contains an assessment of the land in question and all connected structures. Areas of interest are photographed and discussed in the report. Also included:

  • A site plan for easy location and identification of land features,

  • Identification of land areas with estimated minor to significant defects and deterioration,

  • Areas estimated requiring maintenance in the short to medium term (0 to 10 years),

  • A summary of all identified issues.

 

An initial desk-top assessment of the land is undertaken prior to all inspections to identify the base land information (soil type, general contours, catchment details, flood zones, underground services, property zoning etc.
